That post brings back a lot memories. Last year I had to remove both wheels on one side of my JD 5020. I used a lot of rust buster stuff and some heat. I sand blasted around the hub to get it real clean so the penatrating oil will soak in better. I jacked up the opposite side wheels and rigged a swining weight and proceded to pound on the axle with the tires on the ground. I made a axle protector tube. and eventully they came loose. Just don't get in a hurry. Stan
