Did you install the needle valve seat the correct way? Some seats are a one way installation. If you get it in upside down, it may leak. Another trick to try is to bend the tang on the float so it puts more pressure on the seat! (This will make the float sit at an angle, more than usual.) But, don't give it too much of an angle. Try it. you may have other troubles, like a casting hole. by: RJ
