I doubt it was the Unitied States Supreme Court, conservatives still hold the edge. What we will find is a leftist court such as the 9th in California that will step up to the plate to help further this insanity. Or possibly a rogue judge in BFE will decide he is supreme to all the "little people" and try to use his courtroom to dictate our freedoms.
