720deere, What kind of corporation do you work for? Sounds as though the purchaser makes better financial decisions that the seller. There are a lot of big corps making millions. The point I am trying to make here is that just because I am a business owner does not make give me moutains of money. I also get at least 5 calls a week wanting either donations, or some compnay telling me they can save me lots of dollars if I buy from them. I or my employess tell people I do not take phone solicitations, if they would like to either fax me the info or come in I will see what I can do.
