One thing I've learned here is that different guys in different parts of the country sure do things differently.

One feller tells me that he still follows a plow with a disc, which is a practice that I just cannot get my mind wrapped around. :>(

In addition, I have trouble with this little scenario. Why in the heck would a guy be discing a field of stalks without putting the disc in the ground?

I must be gettin' old or something, ‘cause I just don’t understand it. :>(
