I don't know if they interchange with anything else or not but unless a hub is missing you should not need a hub, bearings you should ba able to find at any bearing supply house. I am just having to replace 3 of the tires on mine as they have got some years on them and are going bad. To give you an age for the wagon the tires I am having to replace I think are the orignals and they have the S3 symble on them that was a world war 2 ration indicator so that would make my tires and wagon a 46 back to 42 model unless I am misteaken on when the S3 was used
