I rebuilt a Ford 5000 steering box and in the process knocked my part box off the workbench and lost some of the bearings. I went to a local bearing supply house in McKinney, Tx and they had the size bearing I needed --- they had a very extensive selection that included metric and SAE sizes.

PS: The bearings were .47 a piece.
