"I have warned them but they insist that they will not get caught." When they do get caught you might get the blame. About five years ago, I warned the guy down the road that the lady next door to me was putting her property up for sale, and he should move some of the cars and trucks to the back and out of sight, because she might call the township. Well you'd have though I hit him up the side of the head. Wouldn't you know it shortly after our little chat the township came along and gave him notice to clean it up in 30 days or they would, and put the bill on his taxes. He's still mad about it, and still thinks I called them. So watch what you say it can come back and bite you.
