OT 1995 light problem

I know this is off topic but to keep things on topic this truck is my tractor puller.
Anyway I have a 95 ford f-350 with powerstroke that when the high beams are on the headlights will flash. It doesn't do it with the dims just with the brights on. Only the headlamps are blinking, it is about the same relay time as the blinkers would be. It seems like it takes about 15 minutes before they start doing it. I just put a new light switch in about 6 months ago and it just started doing it Sunday evening.
Is there a relay in the light circuit somwhere? Is my switch bad? I would appreciate any advice.
