A Farmall 300 will hot have the power needed for the cyclone. Plus the air planters need TLC to keep them running correctly. I'd go for simple like a JD 494A or IH 56 plate type planter. Lincon Ag plates still sells all the plates and graded seed can still be had. For pumpkins and Squash I purchase a plastic laying machnig and waterwheel transplanter and save on the weeding. You can start the pumpkins in flats or direst seed by hand into the hole. I'm going to experiment with clover between the plastic as a natural mulch You'll use a lot less seed with a transplanter because your eliminate the thinning. Just look at the price of the PM tolerent pumpkin seed
