You're in CA too? Nuff said. I spend a lot of time in the local junkyards due to my disease (old car itis). I've seen kids (Mexican mostly) go through the yards with tire irons breaking windows and headlights as they go. Hey, it's not their property. Why should they care? No use in trying to stop them. They should have been taught more respect at home.
