all-fuel means that there is two fuel tanks on the tractor. a small one for gasoline to start the tractor. and a large one for running the tractor, usually a cheaper fuel was used. if your b was all-fuel there should be a red fuel cap for the gas, closest to seat. and a green cap for the running fuel. in the late 40s tractors were offered without the all fuel option and one tank was used for gasoline.
