We have used all of types of trailers.. bumper, goose, and 5th wheel.. the 60 is not to big for a bumper hitch (thats built right) but the gooseneck is what you want. the ball can be removed anymore when not in use and you dont have the clumbsy apparatus in the bed of your truck when you dont need it. and I have yet to know why a 5th wheel can get by with no chains and the gooseneck has to... they both can brake--have seen it happen to the 5th wheel.. and the safety chain is not hard to handle at all.
