hi chad, i didnt take offense to your post, i guess it all comes down to knowing who your dealing with.its just that ive seen so many people give contractors money and they never come back.didnt mean to imply you were like that,or all contractors are like that, and i know contractors get the shaft also.after a go around with one guy, i decided not to pay anything up front anymore unless maybe the materials have been delivered. best regards, lucas
