I also noticed that the older ones think they know it all and won't even try to look. At least you can train the younger ones. This parts business is not what it used to be.Computer catalogs suck ! Lots of listing problems.Nobody wants to stock anything. They change the design of everything every year so nothing interchanges. And don't forget that your customers are never glad to see you as this means they are broke down and need to spend money. I have spent the better part of my life on both sides of the counter and neither side is a good place to be.
