Don-WI is right, you'll get as many opinions as there are people! My opinion is to use the lastest API service classification available in 10W40 or 10W30. If you live in a more temperate climate than Western Montana, 15W40 is fine; but around here it's a bit more difficult to start with in the winter because of the increased cold temperature viscosity. whatever you do, change the oil and filter per the manufacturer's recommendation.
