Are you asking what it is worth. My thoughts....I would offer him a fair price. Go to KBB.com (that is the kelly blue book value) I would guess $2000 or so. That is a lot of miles even if it is in good shape. My neighbor traded in his 1994 4wd chevy ex. cab to a dealer and he got $8,000 for it I think it had 90,000 miles on it or so, he put that down on a 2002 Diesel chevy, which cost $27,000 or so.
