Sounds like a paradise to me! If you can get water and power, set up a travel trailer and get in the dirt. Seems a terrible shame to see all that nice line of iron set for a whole year without use. Man I'm really having withdrawal symptons now too with not farming this year. I think I will offer to do some dirt work for farmers if they will just put the fuel in the beasts. I'd say if you could get a lease to own deal for a year or two it would become clear in a hurry if this is the way to go. Migraine
