Not at all familiar with that brand up here in MN, but light dew generally doesn't hurt most herb sprays. As long as the total water load on the leaf didn't cause the spray to run off & drop on the soil....

You can look on the label or look it up at, is it greenbook.org , to see what the label says. Only real place to get the right info.
