Sounds like the typical piston slap. As someone else said, the skirts are short and they rattle a little until they warm up and expand. I wouldn’t get too worried about it. There are thousands of them out there with the same noise and they live. I have also heard that some people are able to reduce the noise a little by using Mobile 1 in them.
I have a 7.4 in my truck and it has had piston slap from the day it was new. It now has 91,000 miles on it and it has not gotten any more noticeable and has not caused any problems. The Mobile 1 did help reduce the rattle in the 7.4 when it is cold and first started. On a warm day I don’t even notice it.
