Those numbers appear to be casting numbers. The model and serial number will be stamped on an aluminum plate, often near the middle of the tractor on the RH side, or under the seat on some smaller models. If some of the REAL IH guys see this, they can probably look up the casting numbers and tell you the tractor model, you still will need to find the aluminum plate for the serial number to "date" it. Also, often there is an engine serial number on the RH side of the engine, just below the cylinder head. There is only a limited correspondence between the engine number, and the actual tractor serial number, though.
