alot of guys around here dont want to mess w/the little stuff that have "real equipment" and alot of people property values going up cant afford or buy a new bigger house doing ad ons etc a bobcat 337 or the like woudl be a good place to start. also another great great great great tool is a vermer and if i were to tell you id be lying i want to say something like a v4 and i cant think of the rest of the numbers came w/ 3 cylinderdeutz engines oh what is it anyways has a trencher that will go about 51/2 ft a back hoe and a blade for grading digging driveways whatever that woudl also be a good tool to have.
