Years ago, my grandfather and I would do custom landscaping when we were not busy haying, or cutting grass. We used a Ford 5000 and a 641, which I still have today, even though he has passed on. I work in the oilfields with 2 weeks off at a time when I am not working. People still call and ask if I would do some landscaping for them. I am thinking about doing it again, but would like to use a different tractor- 5000 is too big for the yards of today and the 641 has no PS. I would like something in the 30 - 40 HP range with a quick attach FEL. A tractor with a permanent mounted FEL would be a PITA at times and cut down on usability. Any suggestions as to what I should buy? I am not color blind so any make is possible. Also what is the best FEL for ease of attaching and removing?
