First thing you have to do my Canada friend, is to understand that more mature people don't butcher the english language, Cool means "cold" and hot is the opposite. The next thing you have to do, is get a better mechanic, some one who has the experience in hydraulics. You should change the hydraulic oil first thing, but from my experience, a hydraulic pump that losses power when warm, is worn out, sounds like you bought some one elses problems, and that is not what "you" call cool....have a nice day !
