So you are saying that even if I am hauling my own tractor, on a truck and trailer that I own, and I will not recieve any monetary compensation for doing so, that I still need D.O.T. numbers if I cross a state line? Considering the fact that I live within 50 miles of at least three different state lines. I don't mean to be picky here but I think you need to do a little more research before making such a broad statement.
