just spent 2.5 days at my sister's sheep ranch, fixing up her and
her husband's M-F 165 and 285, and the knowledge I've picked
up here was totally useful. Fixes included repairing wiring, lights
and fuel gauges on on both, broken hand throttle on the 285,
broken left brake on the 165 (the TDH case was bone dry!) plus
repairing various fuel leaks. BTW the AGCO parts guy said the
new pink teflon tape is way better than previous white or blue
versions, and it seems he was right.

Messy stinky work with all that diesel, but satisfying to get right.
