According to the serial number list provided on this site you have a 1940. I am not all that familiar with the various models of Fergies so I could be wrong. You can do your own research if you wish. Look on the left side of this page under research and info, scroll down and click on serial numbers, then click on the manufacturer of your tractor. The serial numbers listed will be the first number of each year, so if your number is higher than the first one for 1940, but lower than the number for 1941, then your's is a 1940.
