Thanks for your responses. It is a hydrostatic and I have no clue what a tranny is. All I know is that I push mowed my 1 acre the last two weeks and don't want to do it again! I bought the 737-3025 and will use it for the next time I mow. Thanks for your assistance. I don't know much about mechanics but almost think I need to take an entire course on lawnmowers!!
