The Ford f-150 can be setup to pull a lot of weight....depends on the size an condition of the engine.....the rearend raito should be 3:73 or larger.......good heavy shocks....I towed a travel trailer with a 3:73and 460 cu engine with headers /dual exhaest.....holly 750 cfm double pumper with manual secondaries.....As long as I used my head I had no problems.....Get your truck and trailer in great shape first....I used a 850 pound Reese hitch with Reese "cam" sway control...Don
