Yes, lots of Ms have had power steering put on them. You can put a couple different set ups on it, but the one you will want is Char-Lynn. It requires a hydraulic motor installed in the steering shaft just under the hood. If you don't have live hydraulics it will also need the pump mounted at the front of engine and a priority flow valve and coupler. OEM has most of these parts. They sell on ebay often, but are high either way. OEM's number is 1-800-283-2122. You might also call Brad Marshall and he can likely get you a good used outfit and has all mounting info. at 1-888-824-0544.
