My son bought a 7700 a year ago with just over 6000 hrs on it. Tractor had been owned by a neighbour and had been well maintained.We've plowed,worked ground, cut and baled hay with this tractor. As with all tractors using the simms injection pump, the lubricating oil must be changed at the same time as the engine oil.It's level should also be checked regularily between changes. Overall , a 7700 is pretty well bullet proof.
