Free Allise Chalmers Tractor

I recently came across an old AC tractor in Brookwood Alabama (noot sure about the year or model but it looks similar to what I have seen here 1940"s or 50"s model I would guess). It"s in pretty bad condition but I was told I could have it for free by simply removing it from the property. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic but know nothing about antique tractors. Is this a project that is worth restoring or is it just somebodies junk??? Is there any money in a restored tractor or are the salvaged parts worth anything? Any info would be appreciated.
