stone machine or something????

We have came across an old all steel machine something i have never seen before one of my family members have had it for years well anyways it seems to be horse drawn and from what i heard we talk to museum in iowa that an kelly, taneyhill,woodruff company in waterloo Iowa had built this thing in late 1800s or early 1900s i can not seem to find that company anywhere maybe im looking in the wrong places anyone ever heard of them? i have this thing under help identify also there is pictures there and i have others if anyone is willing to take a shot at helping me out on what this is. reason for wanting to know is we have had lots of offers to buy but maybe somebody knows somthing we dont not really interested in selling but i guess everything has its price. but would love to know the history of this machine. thanks Jason
