Best parts man at our local dealer just quit after 20 odd years.He could come up with what ever you needed and hardly ever had to crack a book.But as our area became yuppie central,and the dealer went with the flow from 80-90% ag to 80-90% lawn and garden,my parts man couldn't put up with the BS and snotty acting customers any more.Nothin like waiting in line behind 5-6 joe homeowner types wanting hats,toys,hubcaps or belts for their lawn mower,while the baler is broke down and rain is coming.
