Well, a couple pieces of advice.... #1--the guy probably doesn't think that his house is a junkpile, even if it is...so be very careful what you say to him....people get offended easy. #2--Talk to the guy about the tractor before you throw out a price. You might find that it has a very big place in his heart and he doesn't know how to maintain it or work on it. Even if you don't get the tractor you might make a friend which is worth more than 100 tractors.
