Yes and no. Mt Rushmore is a major tourist attraction and is just 16 miles out of Rapid City and I-90. Trouble is, they open on Memorial day and close on Labor day, so 'spose the darned cafeteria would be off limits a lot of the year. Another downside is that 16 mile winding climb up thru the hills on that ironhorse road. The darned faces tend to stay there all the time, tho. :>) Allan
