Do 16.9X28 Turf Tires exist?

If I have a tractor with loader that say weighs 5000 pounds, with 16.9x28 tires on the back. Is this going to rip up lawn? Even if I put turf tires on, will it still rip up my lawn?
What causes lawn damage? Is it the weight? or the Ag tread?
