IH 684 Fuel system

Does anyone know if an IH 684 has a fuel pump inside the tank? Had some problems last week with the fuel system. The filters kept running out of fuel after about 5 minutes. I blew the line out back into the tank. This seemed to work but I'm wondering if there is a fuel pump somwhere that might be going bad. Just changed the filters a couple of months ago.
