I don't agree with the others on being calm! be polite not violent but be very firm! I would go to the head manager and lay out the problem i would tell him if i felt his repair dept was crued and give him a set of terms fix it right refund money etc and back it up with the fact that you will notify the state on any professional licence they have also better b bureau. save court for a last option. if it an older tractor you may not have any recourse through the company but if it is a deere or case ih etc i would call there head office. also put a stop pay on the check/credit card until you are satisfied. you wil get there attention exspect them to be less than happy but arn't you?
