Harley said it right.He[the shop] has been paid over a grand.Go back till they get it right.If they have that sign that says "nobody allowed in shop for insurance reasons" ignore it and watch the mechanics every move.Remind him how a mechanics reputation should mean everything to him.They cant charge any more money because they been paid and it aint fixed.Keep on the individual guy working on it until your happy.Involving a different shop,lawyers etc is just money wasted.Dont accept any bad workmanship.Still be freindly but clear that they gotta fix it right or you will tell everyone in town how they failed your job.I would go back and just tell him its not right and your not leaving untill it is.
