I am not up on all the details of the new Bankruptcy laws, but I was once on the other side... The first big job we did after we started our shop, customer did the chapter 11 thing...For several years , I filled out forms to send back to the court, so we could get our portion of assets from the so called "Liquidation" sale.. Never got one cent.. turned out, that Co. never stopped doing business,they had a private auction, & bought all the assets back for almost nothing. He owner even had the nerve to come see if we would do more work for him..... Needless to say, those prints were in the trash can before he was out of the parking lot....
