I have never gone from auto to std trans but I have done several std to auto swaps in Fords. The driveshaft will probably be different. You may need the floor hump from a std for clearance and shifter location. There is also wiring to consider.The park/neutral and backup light switches are on your auto trans. You should consider using a clutch safety switch also unless you are the only one driving the truck.
