I spent the weekend helping my little old hometown celebrate it's 125th anniversary. The hour+ long parade included a great selection of older tractors, the majority of which were still in their everyday clothes. To me, it's a lot more interesting to see an original prewar Farmall H with the mounted 2 row corn planter that it was purchased with, than a "custom" Super M painted black and red with a log chain steering wheel! Same goes for a dualed up JD 820 that's been earning it's keep out in the field. Regardless, it was a great time to sit and reflect back to the way things used to be. BTW: I remember the 75th celebration 50 years ago when my Dad worked to get a JI Case touring car running for the parade. Hope all of you have happy memories and a good 4th. Rauville
