Hay Allan, new home site

Well it's a done deal and to take possession I cut and baled a little hay. Just some ground along the edge of the canyon that has never been worked. The farm ground is allready planted to crop for this year but I am to get the landlords share at harvest. So wouldn't a house look nice by that elm tree?
 And here is a pic of the canyon and the view for about 20 miles
