Add India to China. And remember, most oil consumed in the U.S. comes from North & South America. Middle East IIRC is under 20%. It's not our dependency on Middle Eastern oil...it's our dependency on Oil in general. Knock the Middle Eastern supplies to Europe & Aisa off the table, prices for Oil from the Americas/Africa/Former Soviet Union would shoot up.
