I have a 71 ford 2000. When I use the tractor for 30 minutes mowing it started to shut down. At first I thought it was fuel problem, I cleamed all fuel filter, carborator and gas tank. Then It shut down again, this time It wouldn't start after a day of setting. I had another 12 volt coil so I put it on and it fired right up. I mowed again and about 30 minutes it started shutting down again. Could it be the voltage regulator burning my coil up. What should be the voltage going to the coil?
