OK, I always get good help here. Last week our Troy-Bilt mower w/B&S engine ran out of gas. I got a can out of the garage to fill it up. It started right up again and ran about 10 seconds and quit. Tried several times to start before giving up for the day. This mower is 2 years old, but has about 450 hours on the meter. We use it a lot. Oil is changed every 50-75 hours and it seemed like it was running pretty well. Given the circumstances of running out of gas, I made the assumption that I had put some bad gas into the tank. Drained the tank and put some fresh in. Also changed spark plug just in case. Anyway, have been spinning the starter an awful lot and still not starting. Occasionally get a sputter and maybe a backfire, but hasn"t started. What else do I need to be looking at? Is it possible that I still have some water/bad fuel sitting in the carburetor and just need to keep spinning it until it clears. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks, Kirk
