old; When I answer a question or make a comment it is based on experience. Hopefully,that will help someone with their problems. Apprenticeship. Dont know about that anymore. Alot of the apprenticeces we hired already knew everything you needed to know about the trade. All you had to do was ask them. The key is continuing education. Books,seminars and otj training. I am retired now and have been out of farming for 3 years and have not worked in my trade for 5 years. steveormary
