Rusty, I have buckets fixed for the suckers, I had to cut mouse holes in the sides up near the top, and had to put the tops back on the buckets. The coons and possums were lick'n all the peanut butter off over nite that I smeared inside the buckets. And I did have a fat possum one morning in one bucket, she didn't hold her breath long enough though... and your right, they will catch mice.. I have an order in for cats, but coyotes and Bobcats are sure tuff on country kitties. You would think they would catch mice and leave the cats be.
