that's a loaded question, take a look on the paint forum. A single stage urethan from one of the major auto paint suppliers is an excellent choice. YOU"LL need a Fresh air supply. An Acrylic enamel is very good paint and can be applied with a regular filter mask. Currently something in PPG's omni line is a popular choice, for balancing out cost/quality. It runs about $100/gal.
